The owner prohibits the cultivation of marijuana/cannabis both inside and outside the unit.

At the owner's request, all showing requests require at least 24 hours' notice (ideally 48 hours).

The owner prohibits lease assignment and subletting, including short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb).

The unit must be returned in the same good condition at the end of the lease as when it was handed over; no painting or renovations are permitted without the landlord's prior approval.

The owner requires the lease signatory to be the occupant; any change in this regard must be approved by the owner.
