The landlord will have the apartment cleaned prior to the
occupancy date.
The tenant will be required to pay the sum of $400 for exit
cleaning by a cleaning company. The amount will be deducted
from the security deposit.
Smoking is not permitted in the unit. Smoking is permitted
on the balcony or terrace.
Pets are not allowed.
It is forbidden to make any modifications in the unit under

are responsible for any fines incurred.
The tenant will be charged a fee for lost keys, magnetic
chip or garage remote control: $50 per lost key, $50 per
lost chip and $75 for the remote control. The amount will
